I thought it was a smokescreen yesterday, then thought it was real. Back to thinking it was a smokescreen again now.

It’s too ridiculous and arrogant a concept, it has always looked like absolute pie in the sky. They’ve all got a better deal in the backrooms and so are pulling out of this massive bluff.

There is no reason to restructure the CL further on the back of this. This has shown that these clubs can't break away. And since they can't do it there is no reason to play to them anymore.

The CL needs a shake-up tho, its become stale.

Ultimately whilst all 6 teams should be condemned snd have the book thrown at them, United and Liverpool, and probably Arsenal... they deserve the book being thrown at them and need the maximum penalty. It’s absolutely not acceptable what they’ve tried to push through.

The last year and the lack of empathy they’ve shown, the lack of understanding of the English game, completely losing fanbases, ruining the integrity of the English Pyramid.

That's fair, but the shakeup doesn't need to be "how can we guarantee these clubs are in it every year and always get the most money out of it?"
