The clubs' owners do.

They can all put in transfer requests and look to move to smaller clubs for less money...or they can go on strike....they have that freedom if they so choose....

i bet they won't do anything that costs themselves money

On another note.. the 6 clubs getting the boot will hurt the EPL for a generation or more. Expecting fans to change allegiances and care about the the rest of the teams is delusional. There will have to be a compromise or punishment to deter them... BUT... if they actually go ESL I don't see any alternative except booting them. What do they care if their 2nd team plays EPL, or they get a 50 points deduction making it impossible to win the EPL.. all their eggs are in the ESL now. There continued participation in the EPL is a slap in the face of all other clubs. The EPL might have to learn to live without them and, it may take another 20 years, but build a new strong healthy EPL that pulls in the entire nation and not just what's left.

I would not be surprised if Mosh halts construction on the stadium until it is clear what the landscape looks like. The viability of a new stadium is under threat.

I dont. Whatever the plebs at the top are doing, these clubs still employ a shed load of passionate honest people. The club means the world to their fans. Honestly it would be horrendous being in their position as a supporter. They need punishing and reining in 100%, the power in football needs taking away from a select few, but going out of existance, not for me.

The press should only ask questions on it and make him walk out of the presser. They don't deserve the right to talk about football after this.
