League and europe would still knock about you would think just less money swilling around which wouldn't be a problem if USM are really in the background.

A league of Everton, Leicester, Villa, Wolves, Newcastle, Leeds etc duking it out proper fans no plastic day trippers would be boss imo.

Probably would still exist in some format - anyone who would rather it stay as it is is bonkers footballs become so boring its unreal.

Man City and the odd season of Chelsea or RS spanking everyone hitting 95 points with FFP preventing anyone else from competing is tedious.
