The RAWK virus has spread just because someone suggested that investors may want to see an end to the current outright ban on attending live events before they hand over half a billion pound on a stadium that has been designed to host live events. But apparently it doesn't matter, and bans on stadium attendance are of no concern to any investor, as they pose no risk.
Just to recap for those coming to this late :
The reasons so far for the stadium not getting built are :
Corruption - Chippy Tits and his sticky fingers.
The Virus - It`s going to last forever and will only ever be used for gladiatorial Thunder Dome fights to the death.
Obesity - The seats will be too small by the time it opens for all the lard arses.
World War 3 - The RS will start a world war to stop us moving in.

No, I said that nobody will lend a penny unless the current restrictions are lifted. Roydo agrees, and has said that there would be no stadium at all if the current restrictions remained in place.
