ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Apparently they're havung a mega p1ss the bed competition on RAWK. One of the brighter (or less dim) ones has reproduced a few bar charts (which none of them understand) from Swiss Ramble to decide we are going bust again, for about the 6th time in 2 years. Funny how it's never happened isn't it?

I don't think any of them really understand what the concept of a "loan" is. It's not a hard concept, but unfortunately is well beyond the capacity of 99% the Kopite brain. Nor do they really seem to grasp, when the money gets tight, the owner just puts another couple of hundred million in. Thats what happens when you have a committed owner who believes in the business. Again not a hard concept, but well beyond them.
The odd one's made a few valid points, but mainly they're manfully trying to play it down to stop their heads falling off
...like when you're in bed and the rooms going round and round...must not be sick must not be sick must not be sick - but you know you will and you wont make it to the bog.

Jokes apart, if they too built a new stadium, it could open up a whole corridor for investment which could service both stadiums and double the guaranteed footfall through it.

Come on FSG, pull your finger out. I heat there's a Tesco adjacent site next to the motorway and your training ground that's ideal for a stadium.

TBF they are probably waiting to see whether they'll be dragged into the LCC mess.

I wonder if Jeff from West Derby would be made up if they rebuilt Analfield off the East Lancs.

Sincerely doubt they will. This saga is more about redevelopment on the immediate outskirts of the city-centre and a number of specific investors / developers.

Probably. Worst thing of this is that we didn't get the SPV funding that would have put significant cash in the coffers due to the arm's length dealings with LCC to keep the deal whiter than white.

That's prime kite flying and dog walking land around there. It'd be a scandal if they built there.
