I think Juve would want to try and do some sort of cash + player type deal if they were going to come in for him, like you i don't see them offering straight up £80m cash.

I suppose it comes down to how deals are constructed.
Couldn’t believe Liverpool put just 4mil down for jota last summer.

Whilst swaps rarely happen I can see inflated value swap deals being more common whilst money is tight for most clubs.

Juve did that with Barca last year. I don’t think juve have a player who wouid come to us, who’s close to Richarlison’s value

If Juve were to come in Richarlison Everton would be within their rights to ask for the majority if not all the money upfront to dissuade Juve from pursuing the matter

Now you come to mention it, this could happen. Such deals are quite common in Italy and they did similar with Barca in the summer to help both book values.

Let's uss Rabiot for example. We can agree between us Richarlison is worth say 50m + Rabiot. They then sell him for 60m and we sell Richalison for 110m. Both sides show huge profits for the accounts and FFP.
