More positivity
I’d imagine your messages, where exactly the same when we were getting linked with
Ancelotti, James and Allan

Ancelotti, out of work manager.
James, turning 30, publically made available by Real Madrid. Played under Carlo.
Allan, 30, out of favour at Napoli. Played under Carlo.

Pulisic, not even linked, 22, cost nearly £60m a couple of years back.

There's a difference between being negative and being realistic.

Klopp was out of work.

it’s like you’re saying he was on the scarp heap. clueless you fella.

not even worth commenting on the rest

I mean that's not what he was saying. He's making a point as to why those deals were realistic. Do you really think we will sign Pulisic? Not a chance on earth he comes here

Ancelotti was not going to get a job better than us.

Think about it. City, RS, Spurs all had committed to their managers, United and Chelsea at the time were still behind theirs and Chelsea wouldn't have gone back to him anyway, Bayern weren't going back to him, Dortmund don't hire retreads, PSG wouldn't bring him back, Madrid ditto, Barca wouldn't hire a Madrid manager, Atletico have Simeone. The big Italian clubs were probably not going to be hiring him, maybe Juve or Milan might have but he had just gotten sacked by Napoli which is a club those two look down on so would the supporters have liked that? My guess is no so it wouldn't happen.

At best he could've tried to go for the United job had OGS failed, which he didn't, or hoped an Italian side fell for his record. His options were obviously limited.

Fell for his record??

Are you suggesting hes a bad manager?

He’s being negative as per usual

and why can’t we get pulisic. If we got champions league football. It’s not as if he’s Chelsea’s best player. He’s on the bench most weeks at the moment.

I think you’re underestimating Moshiri and ancelotti. Maybe the perfect summer to try for players they may have been out of reach previously. With a number of clubs effected by the pandemic.

I still believe our Moto. I haven’t been brainwashed by kenwright

Arsenal
See you later

Really, I think Pulisic will end up being loaned out into the end and of course the chances he comes here are tiny. If he did go on a permanent though, what realistic destinations are there? Who will Marina be willing to sell to that will give her the sort of money she will require?

And Napoli are owned by a nut job. That’s well known. And there was a huge fall out. Players like koulibaly & Allan took ancelotti side. That’s why allan also left.

funny how koulbaly was soon back in the team. Didn’t want to p off his 80mil CB
