I think tha'ts why Davies is on the bench for just that eventuality. Davies played well covering for Allan but not so well covering for Gomes, Doucoure, or Gylfi.
Anyway we don't need pace in our midfield tonight if they never leave our half. Can see some long range passing to free up runners in the front 3.
It is going to be an ugly, long couple of hours. Thankfully it looks like they picked a blunt team and so it might keep the score down.

No Doucoure or James. Not hopeful at all but it's a mad season so you never know.

Chelsea look well drilled and hard to beat under Tuchel, going to miss James creativity to break them down and going to miss Doucs legs in the middle.

Chelsea have never conceded first under Tuchel, think our best chances of scoring at all tonight to come from set peices.
