We never let decent players see out their contract; they either sign again or we get money for them.

We got money for Barkley so my point still stands.

I agree with you here. If we get our transfer fee back plus whatever PSG have paid for the loan ( a few million I would think) then we have made a tidy profit.

He can’t be worth £40m + whilst simultaneously not be good enough to play for Everton. His value is probably somewhere near what we paid for him.

He said that we don't let decent players see out the contract. Barkley did not see out the contract. You've moved the goalposts, then tried to claim that his original statement was wrong without actual evidence.

In candor, I don't see why anyone should bother engaging with you if that's how you're going to behave. In no way do those tactics contribute to a discussion.
