England #1 is a meaningless title Goat. But you know that.???????

I think RB should be nr 1 with a new keeper right behind on the priority list. Midfield is nr 3.Think midfield is the priority after a right back. Our inability to retain the ball and/or dictate the pace of the game needs fixing if we are to progres.
A bin man from North Wales worked out ok though.Imagine if we replace Englands number 1 with some farmer from the Balkans.
Its really not meaningless, in this country.England #1 is a meaningless title Goat. But you know that.
Same, but try telling the media in this country that.Whole England squad meaningless to me since 1994.....exception being when a blue Rooney was involved, once he got injured totally disinterested again...
it’s meaningless in the sense that his primary competition is Nick Pope. It doesn’t mean he’s actually any good. Its really not meaningless, in this country.
Being Americas number 1 on the other hand...............
Think we woupd be after anyStuggart have a really decent side, can imagine some big clubs will be fishing around Sosa too and wouldn't be surprised to see Mangala be in the Prem soon.
The abuse are players got from them nothing short of shameful....Remember going to Leicester 1st game season after the 2014 World Cup and chants of ;You let your country down;, aimed at Baines and Jags, popular media scapegoats at the time...Same, but try telling the media in this country that.
Not really claimed hes any good, for a while now.it’s meaningless in the sense that his primary competition is Nick Pope. It doesn’t mean he’s actually any good.
Not biting on the other one...yet
David De Gea and Alison were both good value for money at all points and I'm really not sure where the debate is coming from. De Gea's only issue has been being so good for a few years that him being merely above average looks poor in comparison. It took United what one Henderson game to see the grass isn't greener? What I'm saying is that both clubs got short-run returns in return for the transfer fees. De Gea's value proposition for the wages spent after the failed Madrid deal has been extremely questionable. Alisson's may become such, or may not - his form has been spotty since the restart, but so has the defense in front of him.
Clubs rarely buy a long-term solution like Buffon or Neuer in the transfer market, rendering recent inflated transfer fees for the position questionable. If it's the last gap to plug, sure, splash the cash on Donnarumma and go chase silverware. If not, you're probably better off making purchases that are more likely to pay off in terms of longevity at a high level or a sell-on fee, and hunting for a quality GK that is not a "name".
City stuck Joe Hart on the bench and told everyone who questioned it to do one. And they were playing Bravo instead FFS. Being scared because he plays for England is seriously small time. Not really claimed hes any good, for a while now.
As I keep saying, if you want to replace him, first he has to go, due to him being Englands number 1, you don't just stick him on the bench and expect nothing to be said.
The main problem regarding Pickford is getting somebody to buy him.
Im not even totally convinced that Carlo shares "our doubts".
I see him being England and Evertons number 1 far beyond next season.
Never said we would be scared, we will do whats best for Everton.City stuck Joe Hart on the bench and told everyone who questioned it to do one. And they were playing Bravo instead FFS. Being scared because he plays for England is seriously small time.
I think you'll be vindicated in that assertion. Not really claimed hes any good, for a while now.

What would be said and who actually cares? The media has already torn him apart all season, and letting external pressure dictate club decisions is a recipe for failure. I think we actually agree on all the rest. Not really claimed hes any good, for a while now.
