Leeds gonna be asking an arm and a leg for him too. Let’s go get the next one eh? Apparently there’s a limitless pipeline over in France that we just never even look at.
I dunno about France, but I've been saying it for a while now, don't buy overpriced players from Premier League clubs, be the 1s that make them Premier League players.

Holgate walks into the RS side and so does Davies.

They'd be classed as the best in the world as well.
People are going overboard but Holgate walking into the RS, assuming you mean when they're healthy and not right now as every single CB in the league does it right now, is nutty.

And I have to think you don't mean as a RB because that is just a massive LOL from me.

Holgate is the epitome of short term thinking. He has shown enough (even before he went to WBA) that he is worth investing in. He’s been played out of position for most of the season yet we want to move him on now... he’s actually been a blessing that he could do the RB position so well. A defensive RB but doing a job .. just ask Mane. I’ve got no doubt he’s firmly in Carlos agenda.

Crazy to think he’s going to be 25 this year.. really in his prime... Carlo does need to decide.. we can afford to move one on and probably should.
Holgate gets dribbled by a lot for a RB.

He should be moved to the center full time when we are able, but he's legitimately fighting with Godfrey for the 3rd spot at the minute. I'm really not sure how much more investment we can make. He's played a fair amount and I don't think anyone would say they're certain he's good enough.

Then there is simply no contest as someone posted a stat earlier showing Godfrey as the defender who had been dribbled past the least in the league. Holgate will end up as a utility/squad type imo.

Well at CB that matters less, but as fullbacks I agree no contest. Honestly after Saturday I'm just going to stop and say I prefer not to speak on those two.

Couple stories doing the rounds regarding a 100mil warchest to back Carlo this summer. Can't see it myself with ffp.. .But would be nice wouldn't it?

We'll have money this summer. How much will depend on where we finish, like. Not that that's a groundbreaking comment, but if we get 7th, we'll not get the budget we would if we finished 4th.

I think Godfrey has exactly what it takes to be up there with the best CB's in the world. Only gonna get better and better Holgate isn't as good but has been decent but can't see him getting Ben out the team at CB

I'd imagine he means over their existing starting players. And yes he does.
