Great work by Everton and the team, a hugely compelling case.

It will now go to the office of the sec. of state who has 21 days to decide whether it is 'called in' or not. It simply going to him does not mean it is called in, it is standard procedure for a project of this size, and these scale of effect o it immediate environment.

So, in no more than 21 days we will know, yes, or now. Huge moment for the city.

I would also like to say that I am grateful for the positive opinions of a council that has in the past been accused of not being overly keen positive development. Great stuff.
