I love my father, although when it comes to footy he’s a disappointingly big spoilt brat in all honesty. The success he’s seen since the 60s and the way he acts after defeats just irks me.
Alright , you should always want the club you support to do well and aspire to be the best but saying things like “I give up with Liverpool” after the defeat to Brighton after only seeing them win the league a few months earlier is just ridiculous. He’s great in a lot of ways, when it comes to football I try to avoid conversation because the entitlement is just sickening.
I blame Eric CantonaI watched a German league game the other night on BT. The tackling was just part of the game, many a time what I now expect to be given as a foul was just ignored or waved on. We have ruined the game in the U.K. and I blame our referees and commentators.......
Heres Keanos take on things.

Roy Keane puts the boot in on Klopp and 'bad champions' Liverpool
Former Man Utd skipper reckons champions have got carried away with their own hype after one Premier League titlewww.irishexaminer.com
The truth hurts and Keano gives them a right bucket load of it here. 100% right he is.
Its likes the banks, wallstreet , corporations..'too big to fail' comes to mind.Absolutely embarrassing watching Salah throw himself to the floor for the umpteenth time. But even worse than that is the automatic acceptance from the officials. Given there was no coming together or clash of bodies, you'd expect the referee to be called over to the monitor to check for himself, but no, straight penalty, no questions asked.
Andy Johnson was destroyed for us by a media and manager-driven agenda calling him a cheat, yet Salah has been at this much longer than Johnson was allegedly 'cheating' yet he's still allowed to get away with it.
The FA, officials and everybody will be aware of the disgust at yet another penalty he's conned, yet it'll happen time and time again without him being called out on it.
The flailing of the arms, the legs collapsing like he's just been kneecapped and the head thrown back, isn't it humiliating for their fans watching him do that?
I know for sure that we are embarrassed when Richarlison throws himself to the ground, even though a lot of the time he is genuinely given rough treatment.
Salah is just an embarrassment. How many penalties has he scored this season? Must be about 5 or 6. Horrible cheat.
Oh oh I know the answer sir, it’s because they’re absolute Shiite sir.Why haven’t either of their new centre halves played yet?

Me too. But I do still wonder what could have been if Roy had stayed. He had said before the tournament that semi final was possible.I still support McCarthy over Keane from 2002, but I must say I enjoyed that last night.
