What if any progress do we have on a left sided CB or Winger LCAB?

I think neither will happen until we are rid of the outbound.

Just so you know a little clock has posted to say I "should" post before I am expelled. What is that about?

There are stumbling blocks and then there is just plain incompetent , Moyes and Kenwright (fact) both travelled down to the home office to appeal a decision for Eva Banega's work permit , only for Banega too say he knows absolutely nothing about the transfer , that's why I have zero confidence , I love Moyes , wouldn't trust kenwright to go the chippy

Do you think Moyesy would consider selling Rodders this summer LCAB so he could go out and buy the types of player he wants?. I know he's said things like Rodwell is the future of Everton FC but IF a big money bid was to come in, have you heard murmers as to wether or not he'd accept em?.

I just think at this present time we could do with the money alot more than we could do with Rodwell and if selling him meant we could buy a couple or so quality players in the areas we need improving and tie Felli to a new deal, then we'll of done well IMO

Thanks for the consistent updates LCAB, it's really appreciated and I enjoy looking through this thread, I suppose if it's necessary to sort the kinks out to make sure we don't get screwed over in whichever way and waiting a while longer doesn't matter much as it's off-season, my big question is, do these negotiations affect our abillity to try and sign other targets whilst ongoing?

Nah .. As I say , I THINK hes looking to get as much dough as poss' THEN move ..

Danny Welbeck would be an OUTSTANDING acquisition btw. don't think he's realistic like.

We all just think we could be linked with a few targets elsewhere too.. as that is what your scouts are for..every transfer window we seem to get linked to one player and drag it out for a week or two (as other teams are landing targets left right and centre) then we move to plan b and so on.... its just frustraiting.

Problem with selling first to buy second is, we miss the boat on our targets. We are weeks behind in blooding the players into the club and and then start the season poorly and are all over the place. Wow i hate transfer windows...

Nothing surprises me with that mong Kenwright. Only way we will get a deal done is if he stays the **** away.

Guys as LCAB said earlier, any delays are because of complications with agents and Hoffenheim, not because Bill is a liar or Elstone has a big chin.

Well, yes, there are people disputing this. The comment above, while I understand where it comes from (ignorance) is totally unacceptable. Moyes doesnt deal with the finance issues, so all deals, including re-signing players on longer contracts are dealt with by Kenwright / Elstone. Sometimes it appears that we have fcuked up, but because a deal doesn't go down doesn't necessarily mean that its Everton's fault. But hey, give a dog a bad name and you can call it anything you like.

If the deal does come off I would expect that those anonymous internet warriors who are happy to slur people behind their keyboard and tag name are MEN enough to come back and apologise.

Thanks for the info, good to know Ba is just the bonus if it goes through, not surprise we are waiting for Yobo and Yak to leave to increase the fund before we have enough money to buy some player, God, why are we always so skint?

I know we haven't done well last season, although we did manage 7th at the end, but surely we have done pretty well over the last couple of season, surely we could have at least save up 4~5M every season, but we always seem to be spending money from selling some of our decent player, I honestly don't know where all our money goes, the TV money increase from every new contract yet we are not finding ways to save up some to buy at least one decent player?

Is Yobo and Yaks getting close to leaving us, yet?

Looks like Westwood and Larsson may be ending up as free transfers to Sunderland. Do think they would have been useful additions but guess got to move Mucha out before another keeper in.
