Good business for Everton. King har proven to be a decent striker in PL, with good pace and work rate. Can play on the left or in the middle. The downside is that he often struggles with injuries. Better than Tosun and has 6 month do give his best.

For those suggesting his questionable ability,.........he has scored 48 Premier League goals. Thats the same as Ian Rush .......
and if you're going to throw the none scored this season in the championship argument it doesn't really work. A relegated championship side isn't going to provide the service the lad gets from an Everton side with the quality supply lines we have.

Those goals came mostly from two seasons. His general goal output has been closer to 5 than 15 most of his seasons in the PL.
As a short term loan i guess its not the worst signing, but its incredibly underwhelming and i struggle to see how he’s going to help us improve.

I always knew that would be the way, Ancelotti can attract the best, King isn’t the best but I the summer we attracted some of the best available, I expect the same in the summer, top top striker RB and Winger, then Ancelotti is making the team totally his own.

In all seriousness he can play all across the attacking front so it’s a good option to have.

I was of the same opinion but we have to put faith in the manager who thinks he can contribute, he hasn’t got it wrong yet transfer wise.
