ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

yes mate it’s him . one little gimp who puts on his blag accent so all the out of town RS think he’s great. Mum mum hendo scored what a knobead
That's one thing I've noticed between us and them, Everton fans just talk like normal Scousers they fit with they're from, Kopites accents don't fit where they say they're from. So people from Scotty Road, Kirkdale, Bootle, plus parts of Anfield, Everton, and Walton have very deep Scouse accents. People from L8 have their own accent, that similar to Garston. Then you have places like Speke, Canny Farm, Noggsy, Fazakerley, and Huyton where you have a slighty different accents. The RS accents are always put on for outsiders to make them seem authentic, when they're not, look at that other beaut from the Anfield Wrap.

The thread is now closed, so you can no longer post on it. But @artetas_biggest_fan posted this, on the rs fc appreciation thread on January 24th last year.

As much as I hate to watch them (seen them live twice since May last year), I’m fine when it comes to looking at stats.

Since May 2018 when they defeated Brighton in the last game of the 2017-18 PL season, in the league they have:

Played 62
Won 53
Drawn 8
Lost 1

Since that one loss (2-1 PL defeat to Man City in January 2019) they have

Played 40
Won 35
Drawn 5
Lost 0

Last 38 league games they have accumulated 104 points. For comparisons sake, the benchmark in England regards greatest side was the Arsenal “invincibles”, won 26 and drew 12 of their 38 games, so 90 points (plus a huge black mark against that side has always been they did diddly squat outside England, apart from getting tonked).

I think you have to look outside England to find a team to compare this RS side with, and for me it’s AC Milan (forget the Barca of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, that’s by far the greatest side of the last 40 years).

Ha ha ha last season was a fluke, a flash in the pan. The Manchester United sides of the Ferguson years, the great Arsenal sides under Wenger, and that Chelsea league winning side in 2005 and 2006, would all wipe the floor with the current rs side. So that in that context, your dig at the great Arsenal unbeatable side is pretty ironic.lol There is no black mark against that Arsenal side. They went an entire league season unbeaten, back when the competition was much greater than it is now. That was their second league title in three years as well.

This is an interesting thing about accents, not everyone notices.
Kopite with a scouse accent always sounds like an imposter acting out a role
