Oh look. Liverpool play. And we have four controversial moments agagin. Let’s go through them
1. Barnes not sent off for a high tackle that was uncontrolled that we’ve seen as reds all season. Unreal yellow card awarded.
2. Barnes waits for Fabino to go into him (Fabino looking at the ball and moving to head it - Barnes seeing Fabinho and going into him to pretend it’s a foul) - Barnes then kicks him - the second yellow isn’t awarded and instead Fabino is bizarrely booked
3. Blatent handball in the area by Burnley - given all season - but strangely not tonight.
4. Barnes wins a penalty that (let’s say was hilariously generous) and goes onto score a goal - a goal that he couldn’t have scored if he’d been rightly sent off.
Liverpool fans have been complaining all season that every decision has gone against the club and tonight was no exception. There were a host of other decisions I could mention, but most Liverpool fans I know have given up.
All we are literally hoping for is a game where we don’t see any ‘controversial’ decisions. But it’s not happened this season. Sadly every single ‘controversial’ decision has gone against us.
It's blatent now. You'd think the media would report it or comment on it, but it's not even mentioned.
