It's a harsh truth though isn't it, Coleman and his boring interviews are getting too much, he's stealing a living at Everton now and has been for years. Loved Coleman down the years but as it stands now he's getting paid ridiculous wages and contributing zero.
Sorry I have been busy .You say the interviews "are getting too much " What are you watching them for ? Because he is not the same as he was why the bile aimed at him ,his wages are the clubs decision .I think people like you should hang their head as they say they support EVERTON ,you I am afraid do not ,you just claim to .

The only thing he needs to change is the defensive set up against teams who are happy to sit back.

I mean the set ups against Newcastle and Burnley were extremely negative and for me was 4 points dropped. I know we had key players out for Newcastle but I still think had we just replaced Digne and Richarlison with Nkounkou and Iwobi/Gordon we would have won that.

Who said I'm watching them? I can still see them pop up on my newsfeed, I can clearly see them being done without watching them.

Have I raised bile at him? I've just started he's not good enough, which he isn't.

I don't support Everton because a player who plays for Everton isn't good enough? Do you think Yannick bolasie is good enough for Everton?

The superfan act on this forum is amazing, I THINK EVERYTHING EVERTON RELATED IS ROSIE AMD ANYONE WHO DISAGREES IS A KOPITE

is right mate

What do you suggest ?
Play a LB. Never play a back three. Find a way to have an actual passing structure for when teams sit back (this one is admittedly hard but you also can choose not to play Sigurdsson).

Honestly I just want to see something. I'm not a manager so I really can only say it is broken but not put it back together.

I am not concerned by that. No point of tippy tappy....as long as we get results.

What he's done is give people a bit of a taster of being around the top of the table. And they like it. So soon as we lose a game. Jeez. Defcon 1 is the best description ive read on here.
Wasnt that long ago i was genuinely concerned marco silva was taking us down.
Now im worried we might not get in the Champions league.

Imagine thinking the key to all our problems is to play Niels.

4 wins from 5.

Could never be Carlo.

Yeah I can pretty easily imagine a team playing better with an actual LB playing LB just like we'd be better with an actual striker playing up top or an actual keeper in goal.

I've said about 30 times I'm not on about the results I'm on about what seems to be an acceptance of the way we were playing in those as a viable tactic going forward because we've not looked past the results.

Thats cos results are all that matter.

But results aren't all that matter when you're trying to determine how to set a team up. That's the key disconnect. When fans do it whatever. When the manager is doing it?
The manager is picking a team he thinks will win football games.

In the last 5 weeks hes managed that quite well.

12 points from 15 and beaten some very good teams.

I don't really feel like we need to do this again.

The tactics he's employing are on borrowed time. They have been on borrowed time. A lot rides on him changing it before we drop points again and not after. Just like when he convinced himself the back three was working because we held on at Fulham and dropped points twice after that.

But Godfrey has played very well at left back. Weve conceded 2 in 5 in that shape, and only 2 in open play. You throw the 70 minutes at Burnley too, its 2 in nearly 6 games with him there.

Why would you put such emphasis on whether you do or dont view him as a left back? Hes playing as a left back, very successfully.
