I want Pickford to be a top keeper, I really, really do. The problem is that for every save he makes that allows us to gain points, he makes a howler that costs us points. I need him to go at least three matches without making a decision that has everyone wincing.
Please JP...be calm, be wise, keep us safe.

Olsen is a better passer of the ball than Pickford.

Well that's an added bonus and even more of a reason to get him in as first choice

As I have said several times I would give Olsen a (long) run in the team and see what happens. However, is it not strange that the opinion of our manager is the opposite of the Pickford haters on here? Perhaps Carlo does not have a clue then when it comes to keepers?

I’m just saying that the standard of keepers is much lower now than it once was. Gone are the days when keepers didn’t make an error every game.

Every keeper in the world has the odd howler. It’s the frequency of Pickfords that sets him apart. It’s ridiculous. He goes maybe 1 in 10 without doing something astoundingly shocking.

Yes, again im not a fan of Jordan, he seems calamitous, but i also think good goalkeepers are a dying breed.

At what point do we stand up and make a point for Pickford??....he's just as much a part of the second wind as the likes of Siggy,Iwobi,Mina,Godfrey....we have to let even the most criticized prove us wrong. Pickford's errors have been there for all to see but lets not all put our heads in the sand.... He's played his part just as much as everyone. Let's back him for god sake...as blues it can only be beneficial if anything.
