The phenomenon whereby someone rich and powerful can get a superinjunction is kind of interesting though.

How long before people start using it as a marketing tool though? One thing a superinjunction virtually guarantees at the moment is that the information becomes viral on the internet almost overnight.

Something designed to affect privacy only ensures publicity.

The destruction of the super-injunction (albeit in a very boring way with this Imogen Thomas lark) is very good for Britain in the long run, as for a while it looked like we were becoming two-tiered state with a system of democracy only in name, not in practice.
