Ive only ever called for a bit of context. Critical of Carlo was valid over the last few games butt those just discounting the early season form and just honing in on negatives even in victory at Fulham were unfair. It has to be taken in the round. If he’s lost tonight the pressure on him from you amongst others would have been unbearable so he deserves praise for winning.

to be fair Holgate has played/can play as a fullback and it seems as if Godfrey can too, he was very good.

I dont mind praising him he got it spot on tonight and as you say criticism has been warranted also.

I just never get the constant politics like tit for tat between fans just celebrate a boss win on an emotional night under the lights.

Both have pace, agility and can dribble forward. Wouldnt do as wing backs as crosses wouldnt be on it but they did well tonight in back 4.
