Ayling's been the best RB in the Championship since 2016, Klich is one of the top creators in the division. Then we've got internationals from Germany (Koch), Spain (Llorente, Rodrigo, Hernandez), and England (Phillips) plus a keeper the French are demanding gets picked for the senior side.

We'll be fine this year and add a good amount of quality next year, which Blades have markedly failed to do.

I like watching you lads this season. And I am not patting your head and considering you a ‘they might get relegated but fare play to them they try and play football’ kinda way. Youse play good stuff and seem to have a bit of quality. Showed Arsenal how to play and put 3 past Liverpool who needed pens. I think youse can finish comfortably this season. Higher than where you are now but I’m hoping Everton can beat you which will possibly leave you 15th and just hope you don’t drop the heads because I think you deserve to be up a bit higher in this first season back.

I don't think we've been 'found out' - Arsenal have the 2nd best defence in the division and spent most of the game (even before Pepe's Red) with every man behind the ball. 3 World Class saves from Leno and 3 post hits are just bad luck, not that the system isn't working.

I think we'll be nowhere near the drop this, next, or any future years. The squad is of much better quality than any of the teams below us or in the Championship, and is far closer to pushing on and overhauling the mid-table lot than to falling back.

It's the same with everyone though who assume we must be fluking it, I assure you by 8pm Saturday you'll have a different view.

We know your team will press high and commit numbers and as a result you will likely create chances, especially given how many chances we have given away in recent games. But we’re also not going to ignore that you too have a terrible defensive record, you have lost 4 games and got smashed by palace. We have some defensive issues to sort but a full week to work on them, I am expecting us to improve in that area and the reality is we are at home and have better attacking 3 of the two teams. Can’t see anything but an Everton win, you will have your moments tho. If you expect to come and dominate at Everton (probably based on the villa game) I think it’s you who are underestimating your opponents la

I’ve watched probably half of Leeds’ matches so far and I agree, on quality you’re comfortably mid-table, assuming Bielsa’s style doesn’t have everyone dead on their legs after half the season. Idk how sustainable that way of playing is from a fitness standpoint. Got you through the championship but it’s that much more draining having to do that in the prem even if it is less games total. Be interesting to watch.

Your little Poveda reminds me of a slightly worse version of our little Bernard too.

If you're gonna do the former then I'm worried, if the latter than I'm pretty confident we can get something. Especially as our 'terriible defence' has only conceded 2 goals more than yours.

you need to listen you yourself, ‘only lpool have beaten us toe to toe’. That is delusions of grandeur after 9 games mate. Your a promoted side doing ok, like I said I get your possession based and commit numbers and yes that makes you good to watch and yes have some good players who am sure will be creamed off by the top sides in the summer. But of course we will attack a promoted side without fear becuase we have a better team with much more experience. We have a balance issue right now with attack and defence which this manager will sort out. By the end of the season I will happily predict Leeds will concede at least 15 to 20 more goals than everton. So no mate we won’t be trembling come sat at 5.30. I expect a good game and both teams to play well and I expect us to win.

The bookies have Everton for ridiculous odds for relegation, like they always do and the bookies are almost always right...right? - in fact Everton are favourites for the top 6 by many

Some 'fans' here do seem to have blinkers on - voting for Mina and others in match day squads etc. My thoughts are Everton are not far from a top 6 spot however they need additional reinforcements as they have far too much dead wood - of which I have mentioned about 1000 times by now. I think we have 5 maybe 6 players a top 6 side would play - if we add to that then top 6 and beyond is very doable

The only way they will get relegated is if they play Mina and his kids and family in the team and Mina's gran in goal and Da as gaffer

I remember people saying the exact things you did about Sheffield United last season and they will likely go down this season.

The reality is, last season 2 of the promoted 3 finished in the bottom 4, and the 3rd will go down this season. The gulf is just too big.

If you can get through two years, you stand a chance, over a 5-10 year period of catching where we are now.

I just hope there’s fans allowed in stadiums when they get relegated next season so we can see the mutants crying.

It's Everton though so nothing surprises me, we clung to a win against a terrible Fulham so I'm not getting my hopes up. If this Leeds fan is indicative of their fanbase though then I'll take great delight in watching their season fall to pieces.
