Ignoring his goals.

He has improved massively in his hold up, positioning and general awareness. Proved many, including myself massively wrong. Duncan can take credit for his confidence in him, but CA has made the difference in having him become what he is. Ferguson was his coach for years and worked to improve him, CA comes in and he's stepped up a huge level.

I say CA, i mean CA and his new staff too. Apparently his son Davide does a lot of work with him as well.
