Been suggesting that for years. Makes perfect sense yo me. Even wrote a short story about it when I was around 13, where a spaceship finds another deserted ship that had (somehow) survived the passage from an ancient universe.

Nah. Although imaginative it wasn't very well written. Found it recently though. Might have another go one day.

I am convinced there is an alternative universe, where socks and lost items go for moments. Because at times when I loose something, and look all over the place for it just can't seem to find it. Only to find it in the same place that I have looked for it just a couple of hours before.

I bet it was a nice surprise to have found it and see what your imagination was like during your teenager years. I wish I had such records. When I moved to the US we left everything from childhood behind. So many memories lost.
