Glad he is ruled out. He was an absolute disgrace in the last match continually slowing the game down to a snails pace when we were behind and needed the complete opposite. Quicker he is sold the better for me.

I think he played the whole 90 minutes last week so absolutely no chance he could manage another a mere 6 days later!!! At least we don't need him and if he'd been fit it would probably have meant Nkounkou dropping out the squad altogether.

Each to their own, but I've always been partial to a bit of gamesmanship.

Gomes would be well advised to study the Arteta 'fall on the ball and award yourself a free kick,' for those moments where he finds himself getting swarmed in midfield.

You mean you don’t mind you’re own players cheating, and you’ve pointed out a good one in Arteta, he did it very often until the referees got wise to him and waved play on when he went down.

Maybe it is an age thing between us two, I’m getting on a bit l think you might be a lot younger so it could account for our different aspects on how to play the game.
