We're playing 4-4-1-1 - two defensive mids, two "wide central mids" and one attacking mid.

The idea is to let Nkoukou and Kenny run wild without having to worry about defensive discipline as they'll have plenty of cover.

No - but I've never played on a pitch with him (think I could do a better job sometimes though).

Keep in mind that the squad has a huge say in who is the captain/vice-captain... the people who train and play with them every day.
