Nice one.

You have fitted in really well with us. We have a saying, "You do not choose, you are chosen, those that know understand, those that dont, dont matter" Kind of.

When James leaves, cos he will one day, I reckon you will stay around.

Thank you.

I'll stay for sure. I always tried to get into the EPL, being such a marketed and powerful league, but could never identify with any team. This team really feels like a match made in heaven. Have loved it and this forum from day one. The passion that you guys display is so genuine. I mean this thread is close to 100 pages and the game is still like 18 hours away. Glad to be here.

The club is special. Like every club say that about themselves, obviously, its part of the whole fan thing. But as was said by one our most revered players, "once Everton touches you, nothing is ever the same".

And this forum is weirdly special as well. Match threads and transfer threads are no different to any others. But things like the Depression thread are special, and, I think, pretty unique. On football forums anyrate.

And if you have a problem, this place can be the most supportive place on the internet. Believe me on that. These mostly online pals, (I know a few in the real world), have been real support for many in bad times, me included, on here. Like I say. Special.

Anyrate, smash em Everton.

Yeah I was very curious about that depression thread and was impressed by the willingness to share and help each other.

I look forward to going to Liverpool once this pandemic is over and maybe have a few beers with some of you guys

One of our ex players, Gary Speed, committed suicide, probably 6 years ago now, and @Groucho (who works in health and that), thought to give it a go. We know its been very helpful, to say the least.

You will love Liverpool, even though I havnt lived there for nearly 50 years!

Make no mistake the rs are a quality side and have threats all over the pitch.

But for the first time in a very long time we've got multiple players who can really affect the game, especially in the top half.

We'll need to be at our best tomorrow but there should be no inferiority complex. A tight, nip and tuck, toe toe, man to man, no retreat no surrender, offer an inch take a yard, how longs a piece of string, marathon not a sprint Kind of game.

6-1 to the Everton!
