As the mighty Ev have only finished higher than little Spurs once in the last eleven seasons it’s about time they did.

Well it's 4 wins if you go back one more season to 2011 and I know that not one of the deafeats were against your rivals B team.
This means that since 2011, Spurs have beaten Liverpool FOUR times more than the mighty Ev.

I have had quite a few discussions on here with Evertonian's who have said that Spurs are bigger than Everton. I've never once agreed with them.

i had the good fortune to see the great spurs side of 1961, the one that won the double. John White ,Dave Mckay, Cliff Jones , and other great players. It was great for us when we won the title in 1963, beating Spurs at goodison 1-0 with the diamond Alec Young rising to a header to go over Brown in goal.Still etched in my memory. I've always liked Spurs because of that side.

It was always a big ask to become Champions League winners but having a dodgy penalty given against us within seconds of kick off made it a lot easier for the better team to then kill the game.
