Sounds like we just waived transfer fees. Since the club he went to don't have to pay a transfer fee he was probably offered the longest contract he had on the table. There are alot of free agents right now who can't even find a club better to secure some sort of future atm

The Blues agreed to release the 25-year-old for free in order to help secure his permanent move to La Liga side SD Huesca.

Everton waived any demands for a transfer fee for Sandro's transfer in order to help smooth the move and get his £86,000-a-week wages off the bill.

Good luck to Sandro, it just didn't work out for him with us (or anywhere else it would seem) unfortunately. Well done to Marcel Brands for moving him on and getting a big earner off the clubs' payroll.

Cant think of a more pointless signing and that includes Lie Tie and the other chap who signed as part of a sponsorship deal lol
The "other lad" who was described on signing as the guy in the China World Cup team's back four who wasn't quite as bad as the other three.......

I have just had a quick look through the first Sandro thread when we signed him. Slightly different vibes on here about him back then.

Fair play to him, @davek knew
