I agree, Kanchelskis was Uniteds best player. He was ridiculously good.Kanchelskis was at the peak of his powers, this is a considered gamble.
Huge name signing of course and a massive step in the right direction, but if we all act like we’re prying players at their best away from Real Madrid it’s going to end badly.
The good thing of course is that the only real question mark is fitness, but let’s not get carried away with the best signing ever shouts.
The modern day equivalent of us signing Kanchelskis is probably something along the lines of Southampton signing Sterling
I accept everything you say about Rodriguez, but he’s still the highest profile player we’ve had in a long time. If he stays fit, he could have a massive impact for us. He’s a thoroughly exciting player and wee entitled to fizz off a bit.
