not sure how reliable it is, but I’ve read acouple of other sites saying pretty much the same thing. A bid of 25m euros has been accepted but image rights havnt been agreed.
it also says personal terms havnt been agreed but some other sites say differently.

Basically the echo/athletic or specific journo's close to everton and thats about it!
