Bad enough we are already down 2 men with Davies and Sigurdsson starting. Oh well sure Ancelotti will have an idea of what he expects. Over to our team of Benny Hills.....

Carlo is just planning to confuse the hell out of Wolves.

It'll be.

Pickford

Keane - Mina - Baines

Walcott - Davies - Sigurdsson - Gordon - Digne

DCL - Richarlison

probably suits our midfield options better actually. Davies likes the inside right channel and Gordon the same on the left. Anonymous Siggurdson has three centrebacks behind him, wingbacks next to him and two midfielders ahead of him to limit the amount of damage he can do by not being able to move faster than a Zimmer frame.

With all our right back issues I'm surprised they haven't tried Tom Davies there.

I know he's played right back before. He has the attributes to play the position IMO and he wouldn't be the first centre midfielder to adapt and make the position there own or play there early years in that position at least.

We could have a long term solution right under our nose.

I've said this for a few years now.

Thank you!
Forums like this make you lazy..I know the info is in there somewhere but don't check and i'm sure most of the questions have been covered before!

So about that formation, maybe Carlo's doing it just to get Everton fans to login to watch..!

Because RB's need to get up and down the line and he can't do that cause he's slow.

its ok lads ive figured it out

It's a good point - he may well be a player who doesn't know what to do with all the space, but a restricted role - up and down the right flank - might do really well for him! And that famous Man City goal was almost like a RWB goal
In Martinez's last few games I remember he tried a few young players, and I'm sure Davies was at RB? That end of season i Switched off as we were having a baby around that time, but were there not 2 -3 players interviewed on MOTD or Sky Sports as fresh faces for the future, introduced under Roberto when the season was lost, and i think it was Davies and Dowell?

So who’s been assigned the task of doubling up on Traore? 3 at the back leaves him with an easy job.

Edit: Oh he isn’t playing.

Skekelenberg and Virginia mate. They are gonna sneak into the wolves dugout and make sure he can't come on. Finally we see the purpose of 2 keepers on the beach.
