Wolves in the Championship for god knows how long are one of the few examples of a club that had money thrown at it and failed dismallly. Jack Hayward ruined his family relations trying to get us promoted, even threatening legal action against his son for unauthorised bonuses. Club bought random players and loads of managers.

You seem to be doing the same, but on a much bigger scale in the premier league. Having wealthy owners hasn’t helped you, you’ve been scalped by Ajax/Arsenal/Watford/Swansea for bang average players at ridiculous prices.

We messed around with managers until we brought in Nuno with his complete back room staff and let them get on with it and we have now got a structured style of play running throughout the club - doesn’t always work but we’ve got brilliant spirit and quality young players who are being developed.

Last 2 games we’ve been poor, and front 3 look jaded, so expecting a score draw here. Anything else a bonus. 6th place at best, but Europa league to come.

The thing that is ace about this Wolves side is how well put together it looks. When you attack you look precise and dangerous each time - in defence you always look well drilled and solid. We seem to be improved out of possession but going forward we struggle. Genuinely happy for Wolves to be doing well again but I hope we can push on and move up and above you where we belong ;)
 

Just watching west ham at norwich. West ham 2 nil up and checked the stats they have had more attempts from open play at half time they we had in 90 minutes.
May not seem much. But it says a lot to me.
When need to replace so many.
 
We are going to Wolves to play a team who need a reaction from their last couple of outings. They need a result to make sure they get a European place. We are “trying” to be top of the bottom half. Last time out Southampton schooled us in passing and moving. Really can’t see us doing anything here, might put in a defensive effort to ensure we don’t get a tanking.
 
imagine if we could play the same 11 week in week out and get that consistency.

Yeah, we would still be horrendous in midfield.
 

Watching back the last game vs Wolves and although it was an exciting day, you can see the cracks forming. It was always a matter of time with Silva unless he changed things. He didn't.

I like Traore , quick and strong and usually looking to take the full back on at every opportunity, his crossing can be a little wayward at times but for me he’s definitely one of their best players.

I'm not sure why you responded to me with this but I agree, he's improved massively because he's beginning to find consistency with the end product.

Want Everton to do well - proper football club. Just not on Sunday !!

Ive seen wolves fans saying Everton will win because there boss was named Manger of the month and that they have only had 2 shots on target in the last few games, they dont realise that this is Everton and wolves will probably have about 10 on target or some silly amount lol
 
Not that fussed about the season now but with us 5 points off top half you feel like its pretty much a must win in every of these remaining 4 games if we were to finish there.

Can see another 1-1 here or 2-1 defeat.
