ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

the police were a disgrace at that game, it was a miracle no one was killed or seriously injured when they crowded everyone into the metro station before the game, they caused a big crush on the metro after the game aswell, a total shambles

It was awful mate. Worst experience I've had going to a match.

My mates and I were met off the train by the mobile genderamie in full riot gear, the day before the match... They wanted to steam in to us from the off.

Section 3 of the Criminal Law Act 1967 states that a person may use such force as is reasonable in the circumstances in the prevention of crime, or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons "unlawfully at large." However, section 3 only applies to crime and not to civil matters therefore, there is no rule in law to say that a person must wait to be struck first before they may defend themselves.

Be quiet now mate, you are a WUM.
You own the 'Lil Bish' now.

I'll be at home pal, but I can see trouble brewing. A car full of RS turned up so Old Trashford and had verbals with a well known former United hoolie. If they turn up in Manchester to celebrate and annoy locals it will probably blow. Same if any mancs came to Liverpool and tried it on.
I hope their visit passes without any trouble. I'm 100% certain that if it does it will be due to the Manchester lads keeping a calm temperament. If it was up to the rs, it'd kick off.

FOREVER92 stated " Having a group of lads approach you swearing and aggressively gesturing towards you".

Punching someone who swears or who aggressively gestures is not self-defence.

In happier news Ladder Scruff has been released from hospital. He said he was eager to see his family again, support the Reds, and hang round local primary schools with a bag of sweets.
