I thought martial arts were supposedly the art of self-defence. So how can it be self-defence when you strike first. The authorities are having the pee taken out of them because they have slashed the funding for the Police and the government have shown that following the rules is optional.

We have a generation who have basically been allowed to make up their own rules.
