ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Suzy Wrack will be off their Christmas card list this year

I never thought I'd read this in the national press about them...

If ever there was an example of just how hollow the anthem You’ll Never Walk Alone is, this is it. Perhaps alongside the decision to furlough 200 staff, before being embarrassed into a u-turn

Last season: Champs league, and PL runners up.
This season: PL champs.
Next season: will be challenging for bought again.

They can cash in any of Salah, Firmino, Mane, VVD, Robertson, Allison, Arnold for a huge profit.... Their youth team players had more hunger than our first team in the FA cup this year and all knew how to fit into Klopps style.... So not sure how long term they have any immediate problems... If Klopp goes who knows what happens, what happens if Guardiola leaves City?...who would Klopp leave for at this point that he couldn't have already done so and get as much control of his team?...

Unless City get the European ban rescinded, and also splash the cash again to sign a backline, I'm afraid the next few seasons are gonna be pretty grim for us...

But don't forget if he'd never won the Champions League that year he would've been the longest serving manager next to Roy Evans not to have won a trophy.

Additionally, I'm pretty sure the Clan would've called for him to go as he'd been seen very much as a Pochettino like manager... failing at the last hurdle.

Their owners have given him time, funds when needed, and let home crack on with a game plan that has eventually got there.

As for their youth set up... the last thing of note they did was win the FA Youth Cup last year. Compared to our youth set up that's won the Premier League 2 twice and a premier league cup.

Them turning us over in the FA Cup was purely down to bottle. We should've been clear by 2 or 3 goals in that first half. The longer that went on, the more we panicked.

Should have played the youth team in the F.A. Cup game :p

My jaw did drop when I read that and the next thought in my head was "I wonder if she's an Evertonian"!

Aaahhhh right so now it's down to the fact Goodison itself is a "Corona Virus risk"that the SAG are looking at playing our game with the RS at a neutral venue, strange how our other four home games in this horror of a season have been deemed OK to play at our ground, not a mention here of the safety aspect being due to the potential of that shower congregating outside our ground as the MAIN risk, disgusting journalism.

Not only that but it’s seemingly ok for them to host Palace at Mordor 3 days later

Agreed.
There's nothing more spontaneous than thirty blokes, equally spaced around a carefully marked centre circle, smiling for the cameras.

Not only that, but people are falling over themselves to follow their 'magnificent' appropriation of the 'taking a knee' gesture, with no-one seeming to give a thought to how spectacularly inappropriate it is to protest the killing of a man by someone kneeling on his neck by means of all going down on one knee. I mean, really, is that just me?

What are they going to do next, protest the murders of Doctor Crippen by poisoning somebody and burying him in the cellar? Actually, best not give them ideas...
