ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

"What remains to be seen from here is if US owners FSG will respond to relegation by pumping funds into the team or allow it to deteriorate even further."

lol Not a 'kin chance. Women's football doesn't increase their 'global brand' and that is the only thing they care about: This means more... money for John Henry.

Its slowly dawning on them that they have mingebags for owners who won't spend a penny of their own money on the club. Its hilarious to watch, they are either hysterical about not spending anything or they stick their heads in the sand and just go on about the trophies they have won.

They dont realise that their team will grow old and then get humiliated one day either in the league or Europe then there will be a massive inquest into what happened and by then it will be too late. At least all the top reds can shout "6 times lad" every time someone pipes up.

It's going to be hilarious over there in a season or two. At least the air pollution will stop when they revert back to mid table because there wont be any flights from Oslo. Salah and Mane will lose their pace but Real Madrid or Barca won't buy them, Van Dijk will slow down and get caught out for pace like Mats Hummels, the goalie will leave for a bigger club and all the young lads they have about will just be as.good as Jay Spearing or Jon Flanagan.

Meanwhile we will have a new stadium and the backing of two billionaires. Just wait a season or two and we will be better than them. We will just have to ride this year out and grit our teeth but their brief flirtation with success will be over soon.
Please, just please, all of the above!

RS interviewed on radio this morning, spouting the party line regarding the missing out on Timo Werner
He simply stated the guy wasn't that good, and probably looked at the three players above him and decided he wasn't going to oust them anytime soon.

Obviously Apple haven't received the memo whereby media need to kiss arse when reporting on the RS.
Having said that, a bit annoying that "on mass" was used a couple of times.
Come on, "en masse" if you please.
