IF LIVERPOOL WERE A CAR....

Hahaha

I totally agree with you.

I just think there is a lot of hindsight going on as things changed very quickly that week. I was still getting public transport every day which when I look back I wish I hadn't but the guidelines were not in place. I don't think the game should have gone ahead with any fans, particularly those from Spain so whoever signed off that decision whether it's Lfc, UEFA, the government or anyone else should hang their head in shame.
I wasn't aware that football clubs had to have the government "sign off" on football matches being played. You learn something new every day #YMCA

The problem was more letting the Atletico fans come over and walk around the city for 2-3 days. If the second leg was in Spain it would have been postponed or played behind closed doors.

Our inept government are to blame for that game and Cheltenham because they wanted herd immunity and didn't realise how serious the situation was until it was far too late.
I think it's safe to say that Chelsea were to blame.
Wouldn't you agree?

You still miss the point. 2/3 rs fans in Madrid for the first defeat. On the gargle in the city before and after game. Now what did they bring back? Or are they immune from blame (AGAIN)

Yes the government are inept, but at the same time I dont remember any complaints at all from liverpool fc, who hosted it, or liverpool fans who attended it, full house wasn't it ?

Apologies if this has already been posted. Jesus tonight...…..

Jurgen Klopp has looked to entertain the masses through words once more, but this time by narrating the ‘King Kenny’ story.

The manager has a way with words and he could make even the telephone book sound interesting such is animated and heartfelt outlook.

And while we have heard from the boss with increasing frequency over the last few weeks as the Premier League gears up for a return, you’ve not heard him quite like this.

Here, Klopp narrates the story of ‘King Kenny’ in a video released by the club, in partnership with Standard Chartered, which is perfect for kids or anyone who harboured dreams of Klopp reading a book to them.
