DF: Bryan is someone my scouts have been raving about in League One and in the U23's league. He has the ability to play on the left and right and is a very intelligent young player.

Fronts up a little known band called AC/DC in his spare time, don't need no wannabe rock'n'rollers at this stage. Need commitment and PASHUNGood signing this one
Sam Allaway was pictured today training with the first team! His first team session in seven months. The striker is likely to play in a behind closed doors game next week before being in contention for the first team.
Good signing this one
we both know he’ll be injured before the end of the week macca
Hearing that ferguson has had enough of the injuries and they'll be told to run it off now. Torn hamstrings = 5 laps of the oval and back into it. Torn ACL 10 laps, broken legs 20. And fair enough too, you wanna get paid then get out there.we both know he’ll be injured before the end of the week macca
I've been raving about BJ since he made his debut. Delighted he has made it to us. Him and All the way? I can see us blasting big scores against any team we play against.View attachment 88449

Apparently it's a very popular activity nowadays with the footballing glitterati.Word on the shop floor is that he’s a top notch knob gobbler.

Chester vs AFC Fylde
20th February 2027
It was a big day for Bryan Johnson who made his debut on the right wing for Fylde away to Chester. Johnson got on the ball and cut inside however he was tackled and the loose ball ran into the path of Henderson who took a touch and belted it with his right foot stinging the hands of the keeper who could not do anything about it as it went into the net. Fylde got off to a good start and Johnson looked lively early on. Fylde remained in control of the game but needed that second goal for that cushion. They worked the ball from the back, Ferguson keen on the players to keep possession, MacDonald hit the ball forward but it came back quickly from the Chester defence getting the ball out wide, down the left wing to Chester's O'Neill, he crossed into the box and Fell rose above three defenders to equalise for Chester. Fylde restarted the game, Sam Byram knocked it wide for Johnson, Johnson played it to the edge of the box for O'Neill, he played it into the box for Henderson who hit it first time...Fylde back in front! They were pegged back for less than thirty seconds! Morgan Feeney was a rock at the back for Fylde, he held the line well in thr second half and nothing could get through him. It was a good away win and Fylde pick up three well deserved points.

Forest Green Rovers vs AFC Fylde
23rd February 2027
The atmosphere inside the stadium built up nicely for this Tuesday evening kick-off. Both sets of fans seemed rowdy and it seemed to spur on the away side more than the hosts. Tyler Garrett sent a long ball for O'Neill to chase into the area on 13 minutes, the striker getting there ahead of the defence, he held off the defender to slot past Griffiths to give The Coasters the lead! The midfield controlled play early on, Mick Wisdom was covering every blade of grass, Johnson picked it up on the right, took it past two defenders and used his vision to spot O'Neill on the edge of the box in space, O'Neill controlled the ball well and hit it with his right into the bottom corner, Fylde two up inside 20 minutes! Fylde were comfortable in possession, kept it simple, Bryan Johnson was menacing once again, cutting inside onto his left foot, taking the ball past three players but his shot was straight into the hands of the keeper. It looked like the points were going back up North. Fylde had the chance to make it three late on in the game, Johnson whipped the ball into the box but Griffiths rose above all and claimed it, Stafford ran forward towards the edge of the box, Tariq Lamptey stood off him but as he got into the area made the challenge, he tripped the player, the referee gave the penalty! There was no question about it, Lamptey committed the foul. It was Rob Gibbons with the chance to get Forest Green back into the game, he slots into the bottom corner! It is game on with still time to play. Bryan Johnson was skillful in his play, tying the Forest Green players in knots, he won the free-kick with a few minutes to play, very intelligent play from the winger. Fylde kept the ball well to the frustration of the home team. A great away win for Fylde and it seems their prospects are looking up.
DF: It's great to come here and take all three points. Forest Green have been playing very well lately and aren't far off the play-offs, we were much better today and showed maturity in all phases of our play. Our problem is consistency and there can be a domino effect at our club.

A Friday night game between the Fylde players allowed the awaited return of striker Sam Allaway who got 45 minutes of football within his phased return from injury. The striker scored a great poachers goal on 22 minutes and made it through the match unscathed. Youngster Alan Murray-Jones was reprimanded by Duncan Ferguson for a terrible tackle after eleven minutes and received his marching orders. Lee Lofthouse played well in the match getting himself on the scoresheet.
AFC Fylde vs Harrogate Town
2nd March 2027
It was an exciting evening for Fylde when it was announced Sam Allaway will be part of the matchday squad, on the bench for the visit of Harrogate. Henderson used his speed to run into space with the ball and his shot was inches wide of the post, a good effort after five minutes. Fylde were playing well in the opening fifteen minutes causing problems in the final third, the full backs were pushing on and getting crosses in but the keeper kept the ball out in the opening minutes. Mick Wisdom caught the Harrogate defence by surprise when he played his corner to the edge of the box for Johnson, he came forward and got the shot on target to put The Coasters in front! His first goal for Fylde! Johnson was taking the game to Harrogate, getting the ball from O'Neill he dribbled forward into towards goal from out wide and his dipping shot narrowly went over the bar. 63 minutes on the clock and Fylde finally got the moment they waited so long for, O'Neill left the field and was replaced by Sam Allaway to a thunderous reception. The crowd were singing and Johnson got the ball from the 30 yard pass from Henderson, he bombed forward evading challenges, got to the byline and crossed along the floor for Sam Allaway to slide in....he scored! On the pitch for four minutes! Fylde double the lead. It was magnificent from Johnson. Fylde were excellent all over the pitch, it was a comfortable win and Bryan Johnson was brilliant throughout showing lightning pace and excellent creativity.
DF: We've been playing very well lately and what a player we have in Bryan Johnson. He has linked up brilliantly with Byram on the right side and they have a great relationship already. The work the pair of them are putting in is not going unnoticed. Sam (Allaway) will also be made up with himself, I told him before he went on not to overthink it and he went and scored after only just getting on the pitch! I'm delighted for him!
