Apparently he only got a couple of slaps after a bit of a struggle.
I know what this type of thing is like and what with all the money footballers earn and then the chance of these horrible experiences happening, I often wonder why a lot more footballers don't live in patrolled gated communities?

Hope they get these scumbags (well all scumbags) but if caught, at least prison will be a more dodgy place for them than it would normally be.

It isn't though is it? Because to the best of my knowledge the Everton fans didn't spend the next week acting like McCarthy was the victim because it caused him mental stress. Or maybe I just missed that.

That's what bothers me. I don't hate Neil Taylor, I think he's a scumbag, but I don't hate him. Son it is different.

Why would you hate a player because some oddball fans showed more sympathy towards him than Gomes ?

How is that the players fault ? Seems like a slightly flawed logic to me.
