Their training ground is crap apparently. But get the point re the ground.
The ground is outdated and poor. It looks comical. It's a fairly ornery location. It needs replacing, updating or they need to move.

No chance of a new stadium. Why would they? Is their training ground that bad? Looked ok in GOAL..... (I'm joking)
Their stadium is vastly overrated but I agree they don't need a new one but I wouldn't call SJP a place that would pull players to them. Disagree with the training facilities they have terrible training facilities that need upgrade desperately their youth setup is a joke as well bit of money will need to be spent there. The difference with them is that they already have the stadium and training ground. All investment there will be on the players/staff. I don't think they will end up being top 4 off the back of it because 6/7 other cubs already have enough money to hold their own against it.
Sorry but thats wrong.

Given the levels of Shabiteness they have in there staff and players they need significant amount of players and signings. All going well they will need to spend a min 500mil
We are talking about Man City arab levels of investment regarding Newcastle.
It's really not. Have you ever been to their ground. It's comical really, for how it;s talked about. Not in the top 10 grounds I've visited.

I can understand your desperation for change but you do know that Saudi executed 800 people in the last 5 years? Their human rights are non existent and their buying of NUFC is really only sportswashing

The ground will neither attract players, nor sponsors.
Your right. Not trying to ignore the question but it’s something that fans have no control over. We sell arms to them, invite them into No 10 and the PL are very likely to approve the sale. Ashley pales into complete nothingness in comparison to the Saudi regime on a global scale but for my club he’s the cancer and has to go.
The Saudi’s will have Staveley and the Reuben’s input and the whole area is likely to benefit.
I’m afraid I’ll take that, if it isn’t us it’d be some other club who’d also have no influence on a political scale and to be fair, nor should they.
The ground needs sprucing up, development is massively compromised due to Leazes Terrace being listed and the land behind The Gallowgate that Ashley recently sold to his son in law for property development (nowt dodgy there eh). Location wise it is perfect and we’d hate to be moved to any kind of out of town location.
The training ground and facilities are a disgrace and that’s down to Ashley as is the run down state of the ground. I pay over £600 a year and can’t even watch a working tv in the concourse, there is a 10 year old 32” on the wall that has shown fuzzy lines for the last 4 years. It’s not much better in the Platinum Club either.
