He is one of the better ones of my acquaintance. When he lived in Liverpool he did go the game.

But I know what you mean, it's just such a trite, empty thing that serves only to say "I support Liverpool Football Club, who are the bestest, and therefore i am a caring and empathetic individual"... When we all know 80% would climb over their granny to push an old man into a fountain.

His dad is a chiropadist and did Bob Paisley's feet in his latter days. He would cringingly refer to "my time at the feet of the master".
