To the same people moaning about the game going ahead or having a crowd then going anyway, You are the reason the government & medical professionals have to make counterintuitive decisions to compensate for stupidity because of how stretched the NHS is/will be.

Some truth in this, but the poll results so far ( 29 - 16 - 6 ) probably also show that*, if the game was played behind closed doors, then a lot of people would congregate somewhere else ... which basically backs up what the boffins position is.

Sounds cold and calculated, but a large percentage of people aren't yet prepared to make massive changes

*guesswork on my part, but likely true.

Aren't ready to make the changes and if they were asked to do so, well they can't guarantee that the populous would follow instructions over the long-term.

Yea, I think that'll change quite soon, but it'll take more deaths for it to hit home. I'll be going on Monday, but, with it being three weeks after that till our next game, I fully expect it to be my last game of the season.

Obviously we’re all gonna go.

if I get corona virus I’ll recover, but how many people are elderly who go? Selfish. So selfish.

oh and now Arteta has it

what a circus.

Do you need medical people to tell you you’re increasing your risk of getting it mingling with thousands of strangers coughing, sneezing and spitting when they shout?

I just dont know what to believe so I follow the chief medical officer.

I have to get the train to work, it's my biggest concern right now. Glad I'm off till Wednesday for St Pat's after I finish tomorrow.

C’mon Tim a lot of it is just plain common sense. Shouldn’t need a chief medical officer to confirm common sense.

Obviously I don't live in England but if we are talking a sport I do attend I wouldn't do it. A few years ago when I refused to ever miss a game maybe, but those days are passed now.

Can't see this game going ahead to be honest. People say about it being open air but think about the concourses, pubs etc.

Things progressing very quickly
