The mix is wrong. We need pace and power. The chemistry isn't right. Finding the right players to form a functioning team is paramount this off season.

You're not going to convince me that Sheffield United, Burnley and Palace have a better squad than us. Yet all three are outperforming us with Wilder, Dyche and Hodgson.

It's a marathon not a sprint and we could yet finish above them but I don't suspect we will.

Ancelotti needs better, absolutely agree, but he also needs to improve results with what we have. I think we'd have finished 12th with Silva.
