I cannot stand the bloke.
I would much rather we had kept Poch and the chairman had backed him.
He had said for two prior years that the team needed new blood/was getting stale.
Poch was badly let down but still did brilliantly considering the obstacles he had to overcome (like the year and half that we had to play all our home games at Wembley and he still managed to get us in the C/L positions was an achievement.)

I think he will be a great manager for whoever next employs him (and I 100% don't mean Mourinho!)

He should have been given this season at least after what he managed last season. Is there any truth in the rumours about Eriksen/Vertonghen? It all seemed to go tits up after all that came out. Eriksen leaving (and pushing to leave for a while) seemed to confirm it for me.

The internet rumours about Eriksen/Vertonghen were nonsense. Eriksen wanted out for 12-18 months before he left and basically downed tools.

As for Poch, everybody loves him. Some think it was the right time for him to go but very few people were pleased he was fired.

It's for one of those Amazon documentary series. Will be watching that through my fingers.

I couldn’t abide by this as a fan. The snippets I’ve seen from the City one are some of the cringiest things I’ve ever seen and the whole thing is done so poorly that it’s an affront to real fans.
