ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Why does it? You really think Goodison will allow it? Not a chance we will make it a bear pit So it doesn’t happen
From what I’ve read if they continue to pick up points as they are they’ve won it the game before us I believe. So they come to us as champions meaning it already has happened. I might be wrong like

Kick off how, it's over in 30 seconds and then the game starts, it's more embarrassment then anything. Barca Madrid is much bigger and nothing happened there.

I don't think you have a choice, buy it's unlikely it will happen anyhow
You've clearly never been to a el classico game, it might have a bigger status, but it's nowhere near as partisan, even with the Catalan protests this year

If Man City were to win their last 13 games, that would give them 90 points. If the RS win their next four league games before we play them (highly likely, as they're playing Norwich, West Ham, Watford and Bournemouth), then beat us at Goodison, that would put them on 88 points, so if City drop 3 points before then the RS could well clinch the title with a win at Goodison, if not before.

City's next 4 games before we play the RS are West Ham at home, Leicester & Man U away and Burnley at home. If they drop 3 points before they play Burnley, the RS would have already had their guard of honour before we play them, so for the guard of honour to even be considered for the derby, City would have to drop points at home to Burnley.

To avoid the prospect of the RS clinching the title with a win at Goodison or having to consider giving them a guard of honour, we have to hope that City only drop 2 more points in their next 4 matches or they drop more than 2 points before they play Burnley.

Now I need a lie down, as the combination of mental arithmetic and a feeling of dread has done me head in.

And as I said I can't see kenright saying no, so end of debate
You really are incredibly dumb, an assumption based on no factual evidence is not proof of anything, and you've embarrassed yourself with a comparison you've no experience of. As usual wall botherer you've made yourself look rather silly. Now that is the end, good day wool

I would hate nothing more than us to relent to any outside pressure and give those scumbags a guard of honour should that dreadful thought occur.

As others have already said, they don't know the meaning of the word respect so why should we show them any? Every single excuse in the world was screamed from the rooftops when they got beat by Madrid. Did they take their defeat to City last season graciously, ha ha, good one. But now everyone has to treat them in a way that they don't treat anyone else?

If they won the league this season fairly, without the help of referees or VAR, then maybe we could have a discussion about it. As they are a bunch of cheats, there's nothing to talk about. Turn our backs on them, the fume from the kopite media will be glorious.
