"Plight"

LOL

Usmanov and Moshiri are laying the foundations for the clubs best days since the 80's. The biggest earners are due to leave the club in the next 18 months and wont be clogging the wage bill up.

Wait til the Stadium and the "sponsorship" deals start coming in.

Whilst I too am optimistic, it should be noted that these "biggest earners" we're desperately trying to get rid of were brought in by Moshiri/on his watch.

Our wages were 79% of turnover in 2012! 2010 it was 69%. 2004 it was 64% etc

75% of turnover in 2013, but then in 2014 it was 58% because of the increase in TV money.

Until we have

1) A new stadium
2) Regular European football

Or unless we convince all players to only get paid a max of £30k a week it'll always be around or above 70%.

and the answer
A (Brands) If you look at the u23 competition we won it last year, the main thing was that we had some really good players in that team, we put some on loan because there is a really big step between u-23s and the first-team.

I am really concerned that the young players have chance to train and get in front of eyes of manager. That is why we try to keep the squad as tight as possible. Young players need patience and you have to give them some minutes. We will have new examples in the near future.”

We can be sponsored by a company part owned by Moshiri but it will raise a flag with UEFA who will investigate the deal. They will look to see if other Clubs have secured similar deals and if our deals represents fair value. If not they can disregard part or all of the deal from FFP calculations.

Meh.

UEFA are only interested in sponsorship deals with related third parties if they constitute more than 30% of revenue, a figure which Moshiri and Sasha are well aware of, so know how close to the limit they can play it, before they have to justify the numbers against our peers.

Be honest, paying for first refusal on naming rights is a smart way to feed some money into the club.

So I wasnt far off when I said Brands had spent 86m NET.

@davek

59m + 35m = 94m.
Are you using this?:

It is absolutely fine though whilst Moshiri keeps pouring money in to balance the books. The issues will occur if Moshiri stops pouring in money or more likely UEFA start disregarding sponsorship from associated companies like USM for FFP calculations.
