There can be value in the Championship but generally these players stand out above everybody else from a very young age.
I would say that Bowen at Hull would be a suggestion as he has been a top Championship player for a couple of seasons already but that would be the level you would need.
The problem is, he's not even average, he's just cack.

I think that Jack Grealish is a player I would love to see come to Everton at the moment, I think he has turned into an excellent player.
