He's gone mate. It was sorted Friday night once Celtic fell through , that's why he wax out of the squad on Saturday !!

Our boards are also reporting this but nothing official yet. We reckon it must be loan on the basis that 1) We have no dough and 2) We are in serious trouble at the bottom of the table and could go down. Why would Vaughany risk committing himself longterm to a League 1 side?
After the Celtic deal fell through his only options for loans, according to the rules, were where he had been before. Have to say, the Palace boards are a happy place this afternoon. (y)
