Proper selfish I know. But dont really care. Thing is, if it didnt happen on NYE, then I wouldnt have been public probably. But getting in at midnight, more relieved than I have been in my life, I HAD to post something to just vent.

Just rustled up a lovely sausage casserole mate. Had steak and posh potatoes (can never spell the real name), yesterday, and fish and chips the day before. Been told a million times to eat well, so am doing.

Not long back, and baby steps. Deffo recognised me, eyes open at times and followed the nurse as she walked round the bottom of her bed. Moving her legs and arms, and had 15 minutes off the ventilator.

Was asleep when I left, kissed her forehead, told I would see her tomorrow, and her eyes opened, looked at me, and closed again.

Her sister was touched when I just told her about you lot, wouldnt be surprised if she is lurking later!
